南瓜雞蛋沙拉 Pumpkin Egg Salad

材料
栗子南瓜 200公克
小黃瓜 80公克
紅蘿蔔 40公克
雞蛋 1顆

Ingredients
200 grams pumpkin
80 grams cucumber
40 grams carrots
1 egg

調味料
美奶滋 5大匙

Seasoning
5 tablespoons mayonnaise

作法
1. 南瓜及紅蘿蔔切小丁,放入鍋中煮約3分鐘至熟,撈出瀝乾水分。
2. 小黃瓜切小丁;雞蛋煮熟後去殼、切碎。
3. 將所有材料放入碗中,加入美奶滋拌勻即可。

Preparation Method
1. Slice the pumpkin and carrots into small cubes and put into a pot of boiling water for about 3 minutes. Retrieve them in a strainer and let drain.
2. Slice a Gherkin cucumber into small cubes, boil an egg, peel and chop it up afterwards.
3. Place all ingredients into a bowl, add mayonnaise and mix well.
